Our soap is made using the cold process. We have formulated a recipe using various different oils to create a gentle, moisturizing and cleansing bar!

Our recipes include a mix of any of these oils, depending on the desired outcome:
Olive Oil -
This is a staple in cold process recipes. It’s a thick oil that moisturizes the skin and creates creamy lather.
This is one of the most common raw materials used in the soap and cosmetic industry. Coconut oil is super cleansing and produces large bubbles in cold process.
This thick liquid is extracted from the castor bean plant. It draws moisture to the skin and creates amazing lather in soap.
Palm Oil (Sustainably Sourced) -
Palm oil adds a unique feeling to cold process soap. It helps harden the bars and it creates lather when paired with coconut oil.
Shea butter feels luxurious and moisturizing on the skin.
You need sweet almond oil in your collection. It’s full of fatty acids and it has a lightweight and moisturizing consistency.
Sodium Lactate-
Sodium Lactate is a powerful humectant and increases the moisture content of the skin drastically without leaving a sticky or greasy skin-feel. Due to its superior water retention capacity it can be used in rinse-off applications as well, such as hair conditioners or masks.

To color our soaps, we typically use all natural sources like beetroot powder, tumeric, or other plant-based colorants.
However, if a color we want can not be achieved, we may use something called "mica."
Well, What is Mica?
Well, What is Mica?
It's what you find in eyeshadow, lipstick, soaps, bath bombs, and any other bath and cosmetic industry product.
Typically, mica comes from a mineral rock found largely in India, which is crushed and ground into beautiful powders. However, child labor is the backbone of this industry. This is why we choose lab-grown mica.
Despite being a lab-grown, this mica is an environmentally-friendly alternative to commonly used plastic glitters. It still contains 100% natural minerals, but is sustainably sourced from a cruelty-free facility.

Well, I'm glad you asked!
Our soaps are made with 100% plant based natural scents. We use essential oils derived from many different fruits, veggies, herbs, and more.
Each fragrance is perfectly tailored to knock your nose's socks off!
Typically our soaps are gently even on the most sensitive of skin, however, whatever your sensitivity, we do have unscented varieties if you would prefer a natural soap without. Just ask and we'll be happy to let you know what we have, or what we have coming!
